Privacy Policy

For the purposes of conducting the AGM Conference Green-athon Pledge Session, data is collected by VodBox on behalf of the Green Party of Aotearoa New Zealand ("the Green Party").

We reserve the right to update this agreement at any point without notice.

Data Being Collected

As part of this pledge session, we collect the following data, if voluntarily provided to us:

• Your name
• Your email
• The amount you intend to pledge
• Whether you chose to pledge without your name showing publicly

No other data is collected by VodBox or the Green Party.

Should a pledge attempt fail to contain a name, email address or accepted amount, no data is collected and stored about the attempt.

How Your Data is Used

During the pledge session, any individual pledged amount will be put on display and added to the tracked total. If you have not opted to pledge with your name hidden, your name will be shown alongside the pledged amounts.

After the pledge session has concluded, all collected data—which includes the names of pledgers who opted to hide their name—will be handed over to the Green Party for the purposes of communicating with members who've pledged about the process of donating and the status of their donations.

Your data is never shared with any third-parties for any reason, unless required by law.

How Long Data is Held For

A copy of the data collected is kept for up to 4 weeks (28 days) after the pledge session, or until all pledges have been turned into donations, after which the data is securely deleted.
